Processing Time
Orders require 2 – 3 business days to prepare before shipment.
If your package has not yet shipped, it means we are still getting it ready. Should there be any unusual delays, we will notify you via email.
Once your package has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number to follow its journey.

*This doesn’t include the processing time (2 to 3 days). The shipping time starts when the products are already packaged and leave the warehouse.
Important Notes:
- We do not ship to US military bases at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within the same order.
Shipping Cost
One flat fee of $5.99 for standard shipping in the USA for anything under $37.95(order total) and $8.99 for international shipping rates.
Tax policy
We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
The VAT charges may be vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local custom officer for more information.
In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
Shipping Delays
- If your package takes longer than 30 days to arrive, we will issue a full refund.
- If your package does not arrive on time, please reach out to us. We’ll respond within 12 hours to assist.
- If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please check around your property or with neighbors first. If the issue persists, contact the shipping carrier listed on the tracking email. Still unresolved? Contact us at support@acc-biotech.co.
